Jumped Terms of Use

Last updated: June 2, 2026

1. Agreement and Changes

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Jumped, including short links, hub pages, conditional routing, analytics, dashboards, exports, API access, team and organization features, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is operated by FarFlash Group ("we", "us", or "our").

By creating an account, clicking a box to accept these Terms, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" includes that organization.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new effective date. If changes are material, we may require you to accept the updated Terms before continuing to use the Service. Your continued use after the effective date of non-material changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service and may delete your account.

2. Definitions

In these Terms:

  • "Account" means a registered user account on Jumped.
  • "Link" means a short link, redirect, slug, or related configuration you create through the Service.
  • "Hub" or "Hub Page" means a public or draft landing page you publish through the Service.
  • "Visitor" means a person who clicks a Link or views a published Hub without signing in.
  • "Organization" means an enterprise workspace with multiple members and role-based access.
  • "API Key" means a credential issued to access programmatic interfaces on eligible plans.
  • "Content" means destinations, URLs, slugs, titles, descriptions, images, themes, and other material you submit or make available through the Service.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and have the legal capacity to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction. The Service is not directed to children under 16.

You may not create an account or use the Service if you are located in, ordinarily resident in, or subject to comprehensive sanctions or export restrictions that prohibit us from providing the Service to you, including regions we block for OFAC or similar compliance reasons. We may decline registration or access based on approximate location signals, payment or identity information, or other risk indicators.

You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with all laws that apply to you, including laws governing marketing, privacy, consumer protection, and regulated industries.

4. Accounts and Security

You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current. You are responsible for all activity under your Account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your sign-in method, password, and second-factor credentials.

You may not share, sell, rent, transfer, or pool Account access except through features we expressly provide (such as Organization membership with defined roles). Notify us promptly if you believe your Account has been compromised.

We may offer email verification, magic-link sign-in, OAuth providers, passwords, and two-factor authentication. You agree to cooperate with reasonable security measures we implement.

5. Acceptable Use

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are solely responsible for every destination and all Content you create, publish, or distribute through the Service.

You may not use the Service to create, promote, disguise, or distribute Links or Hubs that involve:

Creator or subscription platforms that lawfully host mature material may be acceptable when explicit material remains behind platform-level account, consent, age, or access controls. Direct links to destinations where explicit adult content is immediately visible to an unauthenticated Visitor are not allowed.

You may not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service; interfere with its operation; circumvent rate limits or access controls; scrape the Service except through documented APIs within your plan limits; or use the Service to build a competing product using data obtained from the Service without our written permission.

  • Illegal activity, unlawful goods or services, or instructions for committing illegal acts.
  • Violent content, credible threats, extremist material, or content that encourages physical harm.
  • Harassment, hate, abuse, doxxing, impersonation, or deceptive or fraudulent conduct.
  • Phishing, malware, credential harvesting, scams, spam, or attempts to evade platform rules or security controls.
  • Content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any person.
  • Links or Hubs that mislead users about where they will land or what they will see.
  • Adult or sexually explicit destinations that expose explicit content to a Visitor who is not signed in, has not passed an age gate, or has not otherwise made an intentional choice to view that content.

7. Hub Pages

Hub Pages may be draft or published. Published Hubs are intended to be publicly accessible to anyone with the URL unless you configure access limitations supported by the Service. Draft and owner-preview modes are for your editorial use and are not a substitute for access controls on sensitive Content.

You must not place confidential, personal, or regulated data in public Hub Content, slugs, or metadata. You are responsible for the appearance, links, and compliance of your Hub with applicable law.

8. Conditional Routing

Where your plan supports conditional routing, you may configure rules based on signals such as country or device type to send Visitors to different destinations. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of those rules and destinations.

We may disable conditional routing for your Account if we believe it is being abused, creates security or compliance risk, or violates these Terms. Routing decisions depend on signals that may be approximate or unavailable; we do not guarantee perfect geo or device detection.

9. Analytics and Exports

Analytics, click events, hub views, and exports are provided for operational insight. Data may be delayed, estimated, incomplete, or affected by privacy tools, bots, ad blockers, browser settings, network conditions, and third-party infrastructure.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent storage of every event, or accuracy of every metric. Export availability may depend on your plan.

10. Campaigns and UTM Parameters

You may organize Links with campaigns and UTM or similar tracking parameters. You are responsible for disclosure and consent required when using tracking parameters under applicable privacy and marketing laws.

11. API Access

API access may be available on eligible paid plans. API Keys must be kept confidential. You are responsible for all use of Keys issued to your Account. Do not embed Keys in client-side code or public repositories.

We may impose rate limits, usage quotas, and technical requirements. We may revoke Keys or suspend API access for abuse, security risk, or violation of these Terms. Full secrets are shown only once at creation; store them securely.

12. Plans, Billing, and Payment

Some features require a paid plan. Plan limits, features, and pricing may change with notice as required by law or your agreement. Paid subscriptions, where offered, are processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe and are subject to checkout terms and your Account billing settings.

Subscriptions may renew automatically until cancelled. You are responsible for applicable taxes. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. We do not guarantee a specific uptime or service level unless expressly agreed in a separate written enterprise agreement.

13. Organizations and Enterprise

Organizations may include owners, administrators, managers, and staff with role-based permissions. Organization administrators may manage members, shared resources, and settings within the permissions we assign to each role.

Organization administrators may access audit logs and activity records for members within their visibility tier, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for your organization's policies and for instructing members on acceptable use.

14. Platform Operations and Enforcement

We may review, monitor, block, disable, delete, or refuse to serve any Link, Hub, Account, or Content that we believe violates these Terms, creates risk for Users or Visitors, harms the Service, or exposes us to legal or operational liability.

We may suspend or terminate Accounts, disable conditional routing, apply destination warnings or interstitials (including for adult or blocked destinations), and preserve or disclose information when required by law or to protect Users, Visitors, the public, or our systems.

Authorized platform staff may access Accounts for support, abuse investigation, and operations, including impersonation where necessary and logged. Enterprise organization administrators do not receive the same platform-level access.

15. Your Content and License

You retain ownership of Content you submit. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and technically process your Content solely to operate, improve, secure, and promote the Service and to enforce these Terms.

You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this license and that your Content and destinations do not violate these Terms or applicable law.

16. Jumped Intellectual Property and Feedback

Jumped, our logos, software, and the Service (excluding your Content) are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works except as permitted by these Terms or written permission.

If you provide feedback or suggestions, you grant us the right to use them without restriction or compensation.

17. Copyright Complaints

If you believe Content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice to legal@jumped.to with: (a) identification of the copyrighted work; (b) identification of the material and its location; (c) your contact information; (d) a statement of good-faith belief; (e) a statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate and you are authorized to act; and (f) your physical or electronic signature.

We may remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material and terminate repeat infringers where appropriate. Counter-notices may be submitted in accordance with applicable law; we will process them as required.

18. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share personal information. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read our Privacy Policy.

19. Confidentiality

Non-public Account data, analytics, API Keys, and dashboard information are confidential as between you and us. You must not disclose or misuse confidential information except as permitted by these Terms or with our consent.

20. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We are not responsible for third-party destinations, Content, services, or actions reached through Links or Hubs. We do not control and are not liable for third-party websites, apps, or platforms.

21. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) CAD $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

22. Indemnification

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless us and our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your Content, your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

23. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada for disputes that are not subject to mandatory arbitration or small-claims procedures under applicable law.

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at the address below and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days.

24. Export and Sanctions

You may not use the Service in violation of export control or economic sanctions laws. You represent that you are not located in, organized under the laws of, or ordinarily resident in a comprehensively sanctioned jurisdiction, and that you are not a prohibited party under applicable sanctions lists.

25. General

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any plan-specific or checkout terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Account deletion and data handling are described in our Privacy Policy. We may terminate or suspend the Service or your Account as described in these Terms.
